Direct booking is not possible at the moment. Please just send us a booking request and we will confirm your booking as soon as possible.

If your desired time period is shown as unavailable in the calendar, do not hesitate to request this time period in a message. Possible reasons for unavailability are:

- The time period is too far in the future.
- The period is currently only available for booking the entire house.
- The period is currently reserved for the Kite & Event Weeks or other reasons.

If your desired period is already booked, we can ask around in the neighborhood and try to find alternative accommodation for you.

Please note that prices can vary greatly depending on the season. Peak seasons include Egyptian national holidays and major festivals in El Gouna. The major festivals in 2025 are:

- Sandbox Festival:

May 8th - 10th

- Film Festival:

October 16 - 24

The days around holidays, especially the weekends, also tend to have higher prices. Please note that the Egyptian weekend consists of Friday and Saturday.
